Upon enrollment, I agree that…
- $40.00 nonrefundable registration fee.
- One month’s tuition due at enrollment/registration.
- I understand that tuition will be billed on a monthly basis and will be due on my child’s first scheduled day of each month.
- My payment will be considered overdue after Friday and there will be a $15 late fee added to my bill.
- I understand that there is a fee of $30.00 for returned checks.
- There are no refunds or credits for illness, vacations, or inclement weather.
- We are also closed on the following days and I will be responsible to pay for these holidays if my child is scheduled for these days.
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day & the day after Thanksgiving
- Spring Break
- Memorial Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Winter Break
- President’s weekend
- I will give Oceanport Preschool 30 days notice prior to terminating this enrollment agreement.
